Welcome to PTEPrepNavigator (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, tools, content, courses, and all related services (“Service”).
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

By using PTEPrepNavigator, you confirm that:

  • Practice questions, mock tests, score explanations, study guides
  • AI-powered scoring simulations
  • Learning dashboards, analytics, and progress tracking
  • Online lessons or digital products
  • General informational content

We may update, add, remove, or modify features at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Not share your account with others
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Some features or digital products may require payment. By purchasing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize us or our third-party payment processors to charge your payment method

4.1 Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription:

  • You will be billed automatically on a recurring basis
  • You may cancel anytime, but past payments are non-refundable
  • Cancellation stops future billing, not previous charges

4.2 Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds for digital goods unless:

  • Your purchase was charged in error
  • You were unable to access the product due to technical issues caused by us

Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

All content on PTEPrepNavigator—logos, text, graphics, videos, audio, icons, software, and tools—is the property of PTEPrepNavigator or its licensors.

You may:

You may NOT:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display our content
  • Rewrite and resell our exam questions, practice tests, or AI outputs
  • Use our trademarks without permission

Violation may result in legal action or account termination.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as:

  • Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
  • Analytics providers (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel)
  • Email services (MailChimp, SendGrid, etc.)

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.
You should review their respective policies before using them.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

PTEPrepNavigator may use automated scoring systems or AI features.
While we aim for accuracy, you acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs may contain inaccuracies
  • AI scoring cannot guarantee official exam results
  • You should not rely solely on automated scoring for immigration or high-stakes applications

All AI features are provided on an “as-is” basis.

9. No Guarantee of Results

We are not affiliated with Pearson, PTE, or any immigration authority.
We do not guarantee:

  • Exam scores
  • Immigration approvals
  • Academic admission
  • Employment outcomes

Our Service provides learning tools—your results depend on your own effort.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PTEPrepNavigator is not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of revenue or business
  • Service interruptions
  • Errors in content or scoring
  • Unauthorized access to your account
  • Decisions made based on AI output or study materials

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 30 days.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms.
You may also close your account at any time.

Upon termination:

  • You lose access to paid content
  • Certain data may be deleted
  • Some records may be retained for legal obligations

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
When we do, we will:

  • Update the “Last Updated” date
  • Notify users by email or site banner (for major changes)

Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
