Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide clear and fair refund guidelines for all digital products, subscriptions, and services purchased on our platform.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted, how cancellations work, and what exceptions may apply. By using our Service, you agree to this policy.


1. Digital Products & Online Courses

All PTEPrepNavigator products—including practice materials, mock tests, study guides, templates, digital downloads, and online courses—are delivered electronically.

1.1 Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of digital educational content, all digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except in the cases outlined below.

This includes:

  • Practice questions
  • AI scoring tools
  • Mock exams
  • Study materials
  • Downloadable templates
  • PDF guides
  • Online course modules

2. Subscription Plans

If you purchase a subscription (monthly, quarterly, yearly), you will receive continuous access to premium features for the duration of the billing cycle.

2.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

2.2 Refunds for Subscriptions

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Partial usage
  • Unused time
  • Forgetting to cancel
  • Change of mind

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

2.3 Automatic Renewals

All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.


3. Valid Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be approved under the following special circumstances:

3.1 Duplicate Charges

If you were charged twice for the same product or subscription, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate payment.

3.2 Payment Processing Errors

If a technical error by our payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, Flutterwave, etc.) caused an incorrect charge, we will refund the affected transaction.

3.3 Inability to Access the Service

If you cannot access purchased content due to an issue caused solely by PTEPrepNavigator (not related to your device, browser, internet, or account misuse), we may issue a refund after verification.

3.4 Fraud or Unauthorized Use

If you believe your payment method was used without your authorization, contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue appropriate refunds.


4. AI Tools, Scoring Features & Insights

Our AI scoring, analysis, suggestions, and automated feedback tools are provided for educational purposes only.

Refunds will not be issued based on:

  • Disagreement with AI scoring
  • Expectation of official PTE results
  • Migration or visa outcomes
  • Academic admission decisions

We do not guarantee any specific score or outcome.


5. Live Classes, Coaching & Consultations

For scheduled 1:1 or group sessions:

5.1 Cancellations

  • Sessions cancelled by the student 12 hours before the scheduled time may be rescheduled once.
  • Failure to attend a session (no-show) is non-refundable.

5.2 Coach Cancelled Sessions

If a tutor, instructor, or coach cancels, you will receive either:

  • A rescheduled session, or
  • A refund for that session (your choice)

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, email us at:

Subject: Refund Request – [Order ID]

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Order ID / Transaction ID
  • Reason for your request
  • Any relevant screenshots or evidence

We respond within 2–5 business days.

Refund approvals or denials are made at our sole discretion based on this policy.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account may be:

  • Suspended
  • Banned
  • Flagged for fraudulent activity

We strongly encourage contacting our support team before filing a dispute.


8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
