PTEPrepNavigator (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of our platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established the following policy regarding copyright infringement.
This DMCA Policy applies to all content hosted on, linked from, or transmitted through the PTEPrepNavigator website and services.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that material on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal written DMCA notice. The notice must include the information listed below.
We respond promptly to all valid DMCA takedown requests and take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to allegedly infringing material.
2. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
Your DMCA notice must include:
- Your full name and contact information (email, phone number, and mailing address).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the specific material on our website that you believe is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URL is required).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a DMCA Counter-Notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the removed content and the URL where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country of residence (or the jurisdiction where our business is located).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a legal action seeking a court order to prevent restoration.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
We reserve the right to terminate user accounts or block access for individuals who:
- Repeatedly upload, share, or distribute copyrighted material without permission
- Submit multiple invalid or fraudulent DMCA notices
- Violate copyright laws in any recurring manner
We apply this policy on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

All original content published on PTEPrepNavigator—including but not limited to:
- Study materials
- Practice tests
- AI-generated feedback
- Videos and audio
- Graphics, icons, and illustrations
- Website design and text
is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, or republish our content without written permission.
